Roadmap to Personal Achievement

Taxonomy (takˈsɒnəmi): the branch of science concerned with classification, especially of organisms; systematics.

For us as learners, the idea of a taxonomy is paramount to our personal achievement as we navigate our way through dense readings, impending deadlines and a multitude of assessments. Through this education pandemonium we need to organise ourselves with a systematic map that will see us through to success.

Focusing on self-direction, self-efficacy, self-reflection, and a Personal Learning Network framework we created our own 'Roadmaps to success'. Using a universal 5 step approach, specific components were put forward that will allow us to centre on the main components of each framework and identify what needs to be considered before we can succeed.
